Our burgers are always made with fresh ground chuck and no fillers, only beef and spices. We also offer great options such as honey dill chicken wings, Manitoba bison chili fries and our ever popular Caesar salad made with candied bacon.
Cooking a great burger is like cooking a steak - Cooked over high heat to create a beautiful sear, minimal handling of the meat to maintain texture and keep the beef nice and juicy. Each smashed-to-order patty starts with 1/3lb of Certified Angus Beef ground chuck. Always fresh, never frozen and no fillers.
All of our draught beer is sourced from breweries right here in Winnipeg. In the kitchen, our bison, honey and potatoes come from Manitoba farms.
Our cocktails are always made with care using premium spirits with house made syrups and infusions. The drink menu features some familiar options alongside new & exciting drinks ensuring that there’s something for everyone.
If you’re craving something sweet, we’ve got you covered. Our desserts not only look great, but they taste even better. We offer vegan & gluten-free options and even have a grown up float - One Great City Tipsy Cow milk stout topped with vanilla ice cream.
The BEER
EASY DRINKING
For those new to craft beer or looking for something lighter, we have 3 great options. Luther’s Folly from Stone Angel feels like a wheat beer with a hint of citrus. St. James Pale Ale from Half Pints is soft on the palette, letting it go down easy. The Blonde Ale from Torque is refreshing and pairs well with anything - we even use it in our homemade pickles.
STOUT
The Tipsy Cow milk stout from One Great City has a creamy mouthfeel with notes of chocolate and coffee, often compared to a glass of chocolate milk.
IPA
The Red Line IPA from Torque is the one for the adventurous beer drinker. Bitter & dry hopped with hints of caramel, it’s the perfect choice for IPA enthusiasts.
